Stuffed Capsicum Fry/ Stuffed Bell Peppers / Bharwa Simla Mirch

This dish is one of my favorites since childhood. I asked for the recipe, my mom explained it and I followed it. This week, I've been to a vegetable market, a mobile one you can say, where they bring veggies in a van, sell for a period of time, and leave. So, I had a chance to buy all my favorite veggies... That's how pepper butter mushrooms and spine gourd fry happened. As soon as I saw a huge basket of fresh dark green capsicums in the vegetable van, I bought it thinking of this recipe.
