Please go through the entire post, check the notes for additional information.

Without a further delay, let's jump into the nutritious strategy.

To Make This Recipe You'll Need :

  • Flax seeds   -      50g
  • Almonds -          50g
  • Sesame seeds   - 50g
  • Peanuts -             50g
  • Pumpkin seeds - 50g
  • Salt -                    A pinch (optional)
  • Jaggery -            150g

Method:

1. Dry roast all the ingredients one after the other (except salt and jaggery)
2. Transfer the roasted & cooled nuts and seeds to a blender jar and make it into a fine powder.
3. To this nut and seed powder add the jaggery (powder or chopped). Give it a good mix using your spoon from top to bottom. If your jaggery is in a sticky mass form, use the pulse option on the blender instead of blending it in the first shot.
4. Now, transfer it to a plate, add salt and mix well.
5. Start forming the laddoos with your clean hands.
6. Enjoy your daily dose of health.

Notes:

1. There are chances of jaggery containing debris during the manufacturing process. To avoid this, melt the jaggery using enough water, pass it through a fine sieve and cook it until it's about to reach 1 string stage (honey consistency) and mix the powders on the low heat, switch off the flame and let it come to ambient temperature. Now, make laddoos.
2. However if you source high-quality jaggery or any trusted brand,  the above step can be eliminated.
3. Pregnant women are not supposed to consume sesame seeds.
Omit it and make the laddoos.

                                                       Enjoy!
