Banana And Chocolate Smoothie Bowl/ Easy Banana Smoothie Bowl/ Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Bowl/ Vegan Smoothie Bowl

Smoothies are a healthy addition to our diet and can be made tasty as well. However, they should be consumed in moderation; nothing is healthy in excess! Did you know, that breakfast is considered brain food? It helps you with improved thought processes, hence better performance throughout the day. Smoothies are the easiest to make on your busy days + it's wholesome with toppings added. Sometimes, I get this feeling, that smoothie bowls are the new ice cream! Haha😀...So, shall we begin?

To Make This Recipe You'll Need :

Frozen sliced banana - 2 or 3

Sugar - 1/2 Tablespoon (or) to taste
Salt - 2 pinches (no picture)
Cocoa powder - 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Your favorite choice of topping - as required
(I used museli)

Method :

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender jar except for the topping and blend to a smooth consistency.
2. Transfer to a bowl and top it with your choice of toppings.

and add salt and blend to smooth consistency.

2. Transfer to a bowl and top it with your choice of toppings.

  Notes :

1. Dates can be used instead of sugar (or) you can completely omit it. I used Diabliss sweetener made from all-natural things with no aftertaste.

2. The topping I used is muesli which according to me is the better option available currently laid on the shelves of the supermarkets and it's budget-friendly. No preservatives, no processed sugars and it's vegan. Compared with other muselies in the market this has more percentage of protein and fiber. Please comment below if you find a better one than this muesli. I shall learn that from you!

 3. One could make their own or just top it with seeds and fresh fruits.

4. I've used the remainder of the coconut milk that I've extracted.
