Deep Fried Ladies Finger/ Deep Fried Okra



This recipe of ladies finger (deep-fried style) is very yummy and crispy. Ladies finger is most preferred eating in the form of curry, sambar, or less oil cooking methods for health watchers. Cooking ladies finger in that method is a good option because it is good at controlling blood sugar, it can kill cancer, protects from developing stomach ulcers, etc.. There are other ways of cooking ladies finger for healing of inflammation which we will be learning in the coming days. 

By the way, cooking ladies finger (deep-fried)  is not a bad option though. This can be consumed twice a month without a scruple.

To Make This Recipe You Will Need : 

Ladies  Finger
300 Grams
Red Chilly Powder
½ Tablespoon (or) To Taste
Dhania Powder/ Coriander Powder
½ Tablespoon
Jeera  Powder/ Cumin Powder
½ Tablespoon
Ginger- Garlic Paste
½ Tablespoon
Maida/ All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons
Rice  Flour
2 Tablespoons
Salt
To Taste
Oil
1 Teaspoon + For Frying

Method : 



Prepare the ladies fingers by washing them and cutting them into desired shapes.

To the ladies finger add all the ingredients



Now mix everything well by adding 1 teaspoon of Oil. When everything gets combined you will be able to see all the powders still in the dry form. Add the required amount of water and mix well so that the powders become slightly sticky.


Next, heat oil in a kadai. 
After the oil is hot add the ladies finger and fry until slight golden brown. This should take about 4 minutes for each batch.
After frying each batch of the ladies finger, spread it on a paper napkin to absorb the excess oil.
After completion of frying the whole mixture of the ladies finger, you're ready to serve it with hot rice and dal..

Pepper Lamb Liver Fry


            
Lamb Liver contains “Vitamin A” which is essential for eyes, strong bones, and teeth. On the other hand, it also contains high amounts of fat. People suffering from high cholesterol are supposed to consume Lamb Liver in tiny portions.

Preparation Time: 35 Minutes

To Make This Recipe you will need:

Lamb Liver
500 grams
Onion (big ) (Sliced)
1
Turmeric Powder
½ Teaspoon
Green chilies (Long Slits)
5
Ginger-Garlic paste
1 Tablespoon
Salt  &  Pepper
To taste
Curry  leaves
Few
Oil
3 to 4 Tablespoons
Coriander
For garnishing
Lemon (Half)
Juice














Method:

First, add oil to a hot kadai.  After oil gets heated, add sliced onions, curry leaves, long slit green chilies, turmeric, and ginger garlic paste. Also, add a little salt for the onions to cook faster.



Let this mixture cook well till it turns into a brown color


Next, add the liver and stir well. Cook with the lid on for about 15 minutes on a medium flame.

                                    


                                           Cook the liver until its size shrinks.

                                    
                                     
                              Next, add salt and pepper, stir again and cook further for 5 to 10 minutes and you're done!



                             

The delicious lamb liver fry is ready to be served. Do not forget to garnish the Fry with finely chopped coriander and lemon juice before serving.
