Pepper Butter Mushrooms/ Garlicky Pepper Butter Mushrooms




A very simple recipe that can be done in under 20 minutes and a tasty mushroom dish is ready to be set on the table. Sometimes, I also toss freshly made pasta into these buttery mushrooms and it tastes terrific! 
Ingredients can be altered according to your liking.. So, let's get started.. 




                               To make this recipe, you'll need : 
                                   
                                                        
Mushrooms
400 grams
Butter
2 Tablespoons
Oil
1 Tablespoon
Onion
1 no finely  chopped
Garlic pods
10 nos minced
Pepper powder
To taste
Salt
To taste



                                                         
                                                         Method : 

1. Begin by adding oil to the pan, next add the butter. Let it melt and add the onions, saute until they turn translucent. 
2. Add the garlic and fry for few seconds. 
3. Add the washed and cleaned mushrooms and cook them until done. 
4. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
5. Finish off the dish with parsley.. But, today I've used cilantro.

 Notes : 

1. Always use fresh mushrooms. 
2. One can add minced garlic after adding mushrooms as well. Move the mushrooms to the side, forming a well-like center and add the minced garlic, saute for a minute and mix into the mushrooms.
3. To enjoy pasta, you could add chili flakes and oregano.
